In the table are the three-digit natural numbers 264, 495 and 781 separated into their hundreds, tens and ones digits.  Each number is a multiple of P (P is a two-digit natural number).

[Given that the hundreds, tens and ones digits are respectively a, b and c, and Q is the mathematical relationship between a, b and c, then three-digit natural number abc is a multiple of P.]  Also given: a<b and c<b.
