GESF2016: Millions Learning: Is technology or politics more important for scaling quality learning?

Many studies attempt to shed light on the links between the vast number of education inputs and learning outputs. Some commonalities can be found across systems, but which of these strategies are the most important and should be prioritised through scaling? Our panel will discuss their views on what works, what doesn’t and lessons in how to take successful interventions to scale. I participated in the panel discussion during GESF 2016 held at Atlantis The Palm , Dubai - Millions Learning: Is technology or politics more important for scaling quality learning?
